Meet the awesome team behind Bourkelex Electrical! We’re an all-female owned and operated company that started back in 2020, thanks to our leader, Holly.
Holly’s incredible work soon led to a growing demand, and that’s where Cass came in! Cass started her apprenticeship journey with us and has since become a fully qualified Electrician.
We’re all about empowering women in the trades! We encourage all women out there to go after their dreams and never underestimate themselves.
Throughout our journey, we’ve welcomed many aspiring apprentices, and we absolutely love seeing more women join the field! Our doors are wide open for those ready to shine in the world of electrical work.

What’s your favourite food?
I love a good Gnocchi!
What’s your favourite thing to do outside of work?
Taking our kiddies camping and recently got into Mountain bike riding.
Best thing about working for Bourkelex?
Getting to work with a great team and that everyday is different. I also love all the new people we meet whether its new clients or other trades!

I joined Bourkelex a couple of months after Holly started it as a 2nd year Apprentice

I love seafood! Especially Sashimi!
What’s your favourite thing to do outside of work?
Going on adventures with our little rascals, camping and lots of beach days

All the amazing customers we’ve met over the years, some have even become great friends of ours!

Kitkats and cuppa teas (especially on a rainy day!)
What’s your favourite thing to do outside of work?
Heading into nature with my little family – camping, rockpool hunting, diving, sunrise watching, cracking a cold beer by the fire.
Best thing about working for Bourkelex?
The team, Easily. Both apprentices give the trade a good name – passionate, keen to learn and respectful. Our days are filled with blood, sweat and lots of laughs. Then there is Holly & Cass. I have never had such supportive and hard working bosses in any industry, ever. Bourkelex is an absolute blessing to work for.
